We have created a rewards and referral programme to give back to our most loyal customers for choosing to shop with us! You can use your points to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

It is important you checkout using your account or create one if you don't have one. Points cannot be earned using guest checkout.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for different online activities. Examples of earning points include following and sharing on social media, creating an account, referring friends and ordering online.

Click the reward widget to learn more (bottom left of your screen) and to start earning points.

How do I redeem points?

When you hit a certain amount of points you can redeem these and spend on our site. Options include % off or £ off your order. Points can be redeemed during checkout and through the rewards widget (bottom left of the screen).

To Redeem your Points. Before you begin shopping with us, sign into your account. Select “Redeem Points” from the pop up. You will be issued a custom code that you can copy and paste into the discount bar during check out (Please note - only one discount code can be used). Your total payment amount will be discounted by the amount of points you allocate to the purchase.

Shipping fees are your responsibility and points may not be used to discount these additional charges.

How do I join the rewards programme?

Simply click the rewards widget (bottom left of the screen) and create an account. You will automatically receive points by creating an account.

How does the friend referral work?

Share your unique link with a friend who has not shopped with us before and does not have an account with us.

Once your friend makes a purchase, you will both receive a £3 off coupon.

To access your unique URL, once logged in to your account, simply open the rewards widget and scroll down to the referral section. You can copy the link, send it by email or share it on Facebook.

Are points refundable?

No. Once points have been redeemed, they are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

-Points can only be earned if you have an account. Guest checkout does not qualify or track points.

-Points cannot be added retrospectively to orders.

-We reserve the right to change the value of points rewarded at any time or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

-Points can only be redeemed through online orders.

-Points are nontransferable, nonredeemable for cash, are nonrefundable and are not valid outside of one-sports-warehouse.com

-Points cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order.

-Only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction. Rewards redemption codes may not be combined with any other discount codes.

-Points may not be transferred or gifted.
