How should body armour fit?

Good body armour should cover your chest and shoulders without riding up into your throat when you crouch, and you should be able to lift your arms above your head comfortably. Most body armour also gets a little more flexible and shapes to you with use.

Which level do I need?

As with the rest of your kit, higher-level body armour uses denser foam for harder shots. Junior and developing keepers are usually well served by OBO Yahoo, Mercian Genesis or TK 3 level, while senior keepers facing harder shots tend to move up to OBO Robo, TK 1 or Grays Elite. Pair your body armour with arm guards and a throat guard for full upper-body protection.
