About NOX padel rackets
NOX is a Spanish padel-only brand and the racket partner of Agustín Tapia, whose NOX AT10 range is one of the best known in the sport. Its rackets run from easy-to-use round models for new players to carbon tour models, so the right NOX racket depends on your level and how you like to play.
Beginner NOX padel rackets: X-Hero and X-One Silhouette
The NOX X-Hero comes in Blue or White. It's a round racket at 350–360g with a soft HR3 White EVA core, 3K fibreglass faces and a carbon frame. It's forgiving, comfortable and easy to swing, which makes it a strong first racket.
The NOX X-One Silhouette has an oversized round head for a wider sweet spot and a soft HR3 core. It suits players who are starting to play more often. See more options in our beginner padel rackets collection.
Intermediate NOX padel rackets: Equation Soft vs Equation Hard
Both Equation Advanced rackets are round, with AVS anti-vibration and Exclusive Spin faces. The NOX Equation Soft Advanced uses an HR3 Soft core for comfort and easy ball output. The NOX Equation Hard Advanced has a firmer HR3 Hard core for more precision and punch if you swing quickly.
If you're unsure, the Soft is the more forgiving choice. Compare more options in our intermediate padel rackets collection.
Advanced NOX padel rackets: AT10, NextGen and Ventus
NOX AT10 Pro Cup Soft by Agustín Tapia: a teardrop racket built on the mould of Tapia's 2025 racket, with aluminised fibreglass faces, an HR3 Soft core, EOS Flap and the Pulse System. It gives all-court performance with a comfortable feel.
NOX NextGen Pro Hybrid 12K NFA Series: a hybrid racket from NOX's NFA (NOX Future Academy) series, with 12K carbon faces, an MLD Black core and Dual Spin texture for a mix of power and control.
NOX Ventus Hybrid 12K Lite: NOX's 2026 Luxury mould in a lighter 355–365g build, with 12K carbon faces, an MLD Black core and Dual Spin texture. It's made for advanced players who want speed around the net.
NOX padel racket technology explained
HR3 core: NOX's EVA rubber core. The White and Soft versions are lower density for comfort and control, while Hard is firmer for more power when you swing fast.
MLD Black core: a multilayer core that combines different rubber densities.
3K fibreglass vs 12K carbon: fibreglass faces feel softer and more forgiving, while 12K carbon is stiffer and more responsive.
Pulse System and AVS: rubber inserts in the frame that reduce vibration.
EOS Flap and EOS Tunnel: openings in the frame that improve aerodynamics and handling.
Dual Spin and Exclusive Spin: textured faces that help you add spin to the ball.
SmartStrap: a replaceable wrist cord that can be changed without replacing the racket.
