Which Nike Hockey Stick Should I Buy?
Choose in two steps: first the shape, which suits how you play, then the carbon level, which suits your standard and budget.
Step 1: Pick your shape
The lower the bow sits on the stick, the easier it is to lift the ball. A mid bow keeps the ball flatter when you hit and sweep.

Elite, Select and LT all weigh around 525g (at 37.5") with a 400mm balance point, so the difference between them isn't weight – it's stiffness. More carbon gives a stiffer stick with more hitting power; less carbon is more forgiving when you receive the ball.
Nike Laser – Ultra-Low Bow for 3D Skills
The Laser is Nike's most aggressive shape. Its ultra-low bow and angled head make it easier to get under the ball for 3D skills, aerials and flicks, while a trapezoid shaft shifts weight towards the head for extra power. The Laser Elite is the stick of choice for Germany captain Christopher Rühr.
Best for: attacking players and anyone who lifts the ball a lot.

Nike Shadow – Low Bow for Control
The Shadow balances control with 3D ability. Its low bow is shaped for ball carrying and creative skills, and a box-shaped aero shaft gives a stable, clean feel when you receive and strike. Nike calls the Shadow Elite its most advanced low bow stick, and it's the choice of Dutch star Duco Telgenkamp.
Best for: midfielders and creative players who carry the ball.

Nike Pursuit – Mid Bow for Hitting and Tackling
The Pursuit's mid bow sits higher up the shaft, keeping the ball flat for clean hits, sweeps and strong tackles. A bottom-hand pinch lets the shaft flex lower down for crisp wrist shots and passes, and the Elite adds a twist-resistant oval grip.
Best for: defenders and players who hit and pass a lot.

What Size Nike Hockey Stick Do I Need?
Measure from your belly button to the floor. If it's over 36", you need a senior-length stick.
- Elite, Select and LT come in 36.5" and 37.5". Most adults use 36.5"; taller players, or those who want more reach, often choose 37.5".
- Rise sticks come in 35" and 36.5", so they also suit smaller adults and older juniors.
